Initial Setting

You will be prompted for the following when starting iTel Dialer Plus for the first time.

  1. Operator Code: Enter Operator Code given by your VoIP Service Provider. Operator Code is a number containing numerical digits, for example, 22335.
  2. Settings:
    1. Username: Enter your VoIP Account Username given by your Service Provider.
    2. Password: Enter Password given by your Service Provider.
    3. Caller ID: Enter your phone number with country code but without ‘+’ or ‘-‘ sign, for example, a USA number will be entered as 121200000.
    4. Operational Settings:
      1. Integrate with native dialer: Select YES to integrate iTel Dialer Plus with native dialer and contact list of your phone (recommended).
      2. Auto Start: Select YES to automatically start the app when the phone starts (recommended).
    5. Select ‘Save’ to save your settings.
    6. You can change your Username, Password, Caller ID & Operational Setting anytime by going to Settings tab. If you want to change the Operator Code, please remove the app from your phone and reinstall it again

Dial pad

  1. Registration notification
    1. Registering: App is registering your account with your VoIP Service Provider.
    2. Registered: App has successfully registered and is ready to make calls.
    3. Invalid Login: App not registered due to error in Operator code or Username or Password.
    4. Unregistered: App not registered due to network issues.
  2. Calling
    1. Select Contact or Dial number: Enter country code & phone number with Dial pad keys or select contact from Contacts tab.
    2. Rates & Max Talktime: Rates and Max Talktime appear while entering number with country code.

History

View Call Log containing name, number, time stamp, call duration & call cost grouped under individual contacts.

Contacts

  1. Contacts > All: Shows all contacts saved in your phonebook.
  2. Contacts > Favorites: Shows contacts that have been added to Favorites list. You can also add or edit contacts in the Favorites list.
  3. Contact Info: Contact’s information – name, phone number, picture and category can be added or edited.

SMS

  1. SMS Log: Select SMS tab to open SMS history.
  2. SMS > New SMS: Add recipients from contacts or enter number.

More

  1. More tab > Settings: Edit your Username, Password, Caller ID & Operational Setting.
  2. More > IVR: Listen to your balance information.
  3. More > Rates: View call rates country wise.
  4. More > Mobile Top Up:  View your Top Up history.
    1.  More > Mobile Top Up > New Top Up: To create a new Top Up.
  5. More > Support Centre: Call Support Centre for talking to our technical support team.
